How can I return my order?

Is the article you ordered not to your liking? Then you can return the package within 100 days of placing the order. The return costs are at your own expense.

We cooperate with the return service Returnless.

How it works:
1. Go to https://bronxshoes.returnless.com/en.
2. Enter your order number and e-mail address.
3. Select the item you wish to return and its reason.
4. Fill in your details and select the desired shipping method.
5. Pay for the return label an receive it in your e-mail.
6. Wrap the box well with the return label on it.
7. Hand in the parcel to your chosen delivery service.
8. Keep the proof of posting! (should the parcel get lost, you always have proof of delivery).
